"The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great and hotel security is great. The area around the hotel is not nice. Lots of beggars, homeless and junkies. Warned by tour manager not to go to certain areas and the cab drivers I used warned me about the area. "

"Very convenient to the airport for a short stay. On the day we stayed there was torrential rain, which caused extensive leaking in the front part of the hotel public areas. Two of the restaurants were closed because of this, which in turn caused some staff crabbiness. Airport was closed as was public transport and no other restaurants in the area."

"The staff was incredible. Friendly and willing to help with any problem! The room was amazing and the services were incredible. I got a massage and had dinner at the hotel. 10/10! The rooftop bar has the best view of the city. "

"The absolute best Hotel experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Alfredo went out of his way to help us with our luggage and directions to some of the local attractions. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend a stay here. "

"It was an amazing experience, they were friendly and nice. The spacious room and views were breathtaking. There were mosquitos on the first day however they provided a repellant which worked well. In the last few days they turned off the AC so it was only heating in the room which was quite unpleasant and the outdoor pool is not always open, only at certain times across the year. Best to clarify before visiting."
