There was a staff member who spoke Japanese and was very helpful. The other staff members were also very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Stayed in the Junior Suite Deluxe on the historic side with a nice street view and spacious design. The bed was very comfortable, but the room could use an update. Breakfast was good but limited in hot options. If you're staying more than three days, the breakfast may feel repetitive, so the extra cost might not be worth it.
