"Grundsätzlich hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Hotel hat aus unserer Sicht keine 5 Sterne verdient. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste hier und da etwas nachbessern. Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, weil Preis-Leistung gestimmt hat. Sehr freundlich war die Rezeption und vor allem der Restaurantleiter der uns meist begrüßt hat. Ser unzufrieden waren wir mit einer kurz haarigen Mitarbeiterin an der Poolbar. Sie hat uns trotz Meal Voucher und erneuter Rückfrage an der Lobby 2 Bier für 8 € abgerechnet. Das gleiche Spiel ging für Spanisch Sprechende Damen am nächsten Tag nach Diskussion kostenlos über die Bühne. Sehr ärgerlich weil wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten, dieser Begriff ist sowieso nicht Programm, weil erstens nicht alles inklusive war und selbst wenn man zum All Inklusive noch All Inklusive Plus dazu kauft auch nicht alles enthalten ist. Das kennen wir anders. Das Essen war immer sehr gut, die Cocktails aus dem Automat waren schlecht. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass direkt vor dem Hotel die Bushaltestelle liegt...."

"This hotel is within easy access to all areas. Taxi and bus stop right outside hotel. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious, the decor is very traditionally spanish and comfortable. We stayed eight nights and never heard a sound it was so very quiet. Will certainly return. "
