"Staff was very friendly, but when asked questions about the college campus, they couldn't explain where the track/football field was, or how to get there. They also did not have good maps of the campus to share with guests."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. My check in was smooth, and my room was clean and well maintained. My only problem was that the bed was extremely hard."

"Property was nice and clean BUT the front desk staff ( evening shift) were very rude and wouldn’t give their name (only 1 person during my stay) because I asked if they carried bottled water, she insisted I drink out the water fountain which was in the lobby, she also said it was city water and it’s filtered, I then asked if the filter was on a schedule serving, she then told me there was nothing else to talk about when I said to she’s bring rude she just ignored me and started texting on her phone."
