"I stayed here because of the pool and the kids playroom. Everything was great, walking distance to the restaurant and the O Train. Museums are one bus away from the hotel. Staff was beyond super friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn due to its convenient location close to Hwy but quiet inside. Free parking in the garage with free EV chargers was a big plus. You can unload your luggage indoors and take the elevator to your room. Indoor swimming pool was nice and clean, no other people on a weekday morning. Beds were big and comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a microwave and an extra sink in the room. Breakfast was adequate with various cold and hot food options and fresh fruits. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Staff were very professional and friendly. Good hotel option within a short drive to downtown Ottawa and Gatineau. "

"Honestly besides the loud construction (that we were warned about), I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very prompt to assist me with anything I needed and the room was tidy and well kept. There was a smart tv available and as many non-alcoholic drinks & snacks as you desire. There was $20/day parking nearby and you’re in walking distance of byward market. Would definitely stay here again! "
