"The Business Inn - Ottawa was amazing! So pleased with our room (King bed) with separate full living room area & kitchen with stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & toaster. Everything provided that you need right down dishwashing liquid. Immaculately CLEAN ! Rooms are very clean & modern. Huge TV in sitting area & another TV in bedroom area. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable & helpful. The BEST Free Breakfast Buffet we have ever experienced in all of our travels over the last 20 years. Super location within 20 mins walking distance of Parliment Hill, Rideau Canal, Ottawa River & Byward Market. Amazing restaurants with varying prices all just steps outside of the hotel. Al’s Steakhiuse was a 5 min walk away - one of the BEST restaurants we have ever eaten in - calamari is delicious (huge serving). We used ride sharing apps from longer travel like to airport - $25. Otherwise short rides were cheap - like from National Gallery of Art $11 to hotel. Can’t rave enough ! Walkability in the area is excellent. Staff said it is owned by local family that appreciates staff. Special THANKS to Willa (Front Desk) & the lovely Vlora (Housekeeping 20 yrs here) - amazing staff who went above & beyond! Clearly the quality shows. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Ottawa - we will be back ! NOTE: if you don’t need housekeeping each day - the hotel will reimburse you $10 per day (with 24hr notice). Booking directly with the hotel also has it’s benefits."
