"Overall my stay was great. Breakfast was awesome with a big spread of continental and local varieties including freshly squeezed juices and different coffee options. Hotel has gym facilities as well which helped me not to skip my morning routines. "

"We stay here every time we come to HK, as Cityview is located right by Yau Ma Tei MTR and is within steps to all sorts of eateries, shops, grocery stores, banks, hair salons, drug stores, whatever you need - it's there! We chose a supreme room on high floor this visit, & found it to be way more spacious & comfortable - def worth the extra $$ imo. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were refreshed. Showers worked great, and they gave us comfy hotel slippers which was a nice touch. Staff is pleasing and we were impressed staff members always made sure they opened the front doors for us. Check in time is strictly at 3pm so if you arrive too early, you will have to wait for your room to be ready. Thank you Cityview for making our stay so warm and inviting! "

"We stayed 17 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Mong Kok with my family of 2 adults and 3 children, booking interconnecting twin and queen rooms. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a laundry room on the 18th floor however with 3 children and the vast amount of laundry we needed doing it was more cost effective to use a local laundrette 5minutes walk down Canton street. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was served as set menus rather than a buffet, which was a bit unusual. However, the waiters and waitresses were lovely and accommodating, allowing us to order from the menu on days we planned to be out early instead of eating in the restaurant. The location was great for us to explore Kowloon, N.T and HK island since Yau Ma Tei MTR is only 7mins and Mong Kok MTR is 8mins walk away. East rail was 17mins walk. Ladies market, Temple street market were great for street food, souvenirs and doing the touristy things. Checkout was at 12:00 pm, and the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage until our Uber picked us up in the evening, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay with good service, ideal for families needing interconnecting rooms and great location. "

"This hotel is in the heart of HK. You can find a lot to do once you step out the hotel. A lot of restaurants open late once you step out of the hotel restaurants are everywhere."

"The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean."
