Staff was polite and courteous. The restaurant on site was excellent and I would recommend purchasing the breakfast option when booking. The restaurant offers 10% discount for dinner. Please note that check in is at 3pm. Staff will keep bags in the lobby while waiting for check in. They do not entertain early check in. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is great in all aspects, including size for a Japanese hotel. There are many transportation options available to get to any area of Tokyo and Yokohama, including my recommendation for the limousine bus. I found the bus to be very fast, convenient and comfortable!"
