"The staff was very helpful when checking in, though I did find some things that could have used improvement. The thermostat wasn't working properly no matter how many times we tried adjusting it, same issue my relative had from a different reservation, the light was being functional by a piece of tape over the motion sensor, so everytime it slipped off a bit the light would turn on, there wasnt enough towels and washcloths in the room when I got there.
