"Everything was great about this property location. A Supermarket across the road, several cafes nearby and a next level Domino’s Pizza. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was waiting an additional 45 minutes after we arrived at 3.15pm (check in was 3pm) to be able to access the room, we were absolutely tired after travelling all night and touring during the day. "To start with the check in process is self serve and extremely easy, proper instructions are given. The location is in close proximity to all amenities, grocey and gas just across the street, attractions are close by through a drive as well. The unit is spacious and has all utilities, it was like a home away from home! Best of all, the communication is impressive, any questions are answered with a fast response time, are helpful and guide properly."

"We had a short trip to Iceland and stayed here, the house was really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for a home away from home. It is only a 10 min drive to the centre of Reykjavík and really easy to get on the main roads for travelling around. "

"The layout of the apartment is one of its strengths. It is a studio, but a wall separates the kitchen/bath area from the bed area. Parking was convenient, as were grocery stores. It is a fair distance from downtown Reykjavik, and having a car means we didn't have to investigate public transportation availability. The trash bins in the entry way were a bit off-putting, and the lighting, especially in the bathroom, could have done with a few more lumens. But overall it was a welcoming space."

"We could easily check in and had all the codes to enter the apartment. The codes where just a little long and you always needed to check the correct one according the message. Also, we booked for 3 people but the bed sheets were only provided for 2. "Our stay was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were exceptional. Kudos to Grace for her warmth and knowledge. All restaurants were in walking distance. Lots of attractions and shopping in the area as well. Very close to the bus stop although we utilized taxi service a lot. The property was very well maintained. Beds were also comfortable. "

"Very friendly staff and helpful with suggestions for things to do in and outside town. Rooms are quite nice with comfortable mattresses wonderful bathrooms with high pressure hot water available. The fact that the rooms are right in the middle of the downtown area made for easy access to everything. Three downsides. 1. The buildings for the rooms are scattered around about a km radius from the main city center. But, the lobby is also in a completely different location. Even though I had stayed previously and knew this situation, google maps will lead you astray by taking you to one of the buildings away from the check in lobby and there isn't a good spot to "pull over" and try to figure it out as the downtown parking is awful. 2. Their little "kitchen's" are very minimalistic. No freezer section of their small refrigerators and no oven. We made the mistake of buying some food before arriving that required an oven and had to let that food go to waste. 3. Parking is REALLY bad. The first night, I had to park the car nearly .5 km away from where we were staying. Later, I learned when and where to park that would get us within 100 m. Fortunately, there is an app called "Parka" which will allow you to deal with the tolls easily. "

Overall nice place to stay

"Check-in process was difficult as it took quite some time for the property manager to figure out changing the passcode for the apartment to let us in. It made it more difficult as no one is on-site. Additionally while checking out we were placing bags in our car when we could not access the apartment anymore to collect the remainder of our bags. No one was responding to the emails and we finally were able to get in when we located cleaning staff to help us and this was a whole hour before the check-out time. Other than that the apartment was nice and clean and had all necessary amenities. The bathroom had no curtain or door for the shower area so the entire bathroom would get wet in the process. "
