"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "

"A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay"

"Beautifully presented new hotel. The staff from, reception to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well organised, very quiet and the blackout curtains are brilliant. "Hotel staff were excellent throughout my only issue was breakfast on the Sat where they simply got overwhelmed Items were forgotten they ran out of numerous items like glasses, butter some food items etc. It is not a big breakfast area but this was made worse when people from outside the hotel were allowed in which made getting a table difficult. As had young children with us we used room service alot which was excellent. Everything else was to a high standard and I would book here again but drop the breakfast option."
