"We loved the condo as well as the extras the hosts provided. There were paper plates, towels, napkins, etc. which was so nice that we did not need to buy these. There was a load of clean towels in each bathroom so we could change out as we chose. The location is central to most of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. However, the actual neighborhood that this condo complex is in, is in a more industrial area with car repair shops, etc. The condo felt very safe but we needed to go elsewhere...

"We needed one extra night for two people ahead of a larger stay, and this fit the bill. Check-in directions were clear. Check-out was simple. We did not bring pets so I can't speak to that part."

"We had a great stay! The host was great with communication and did everything to make us feel at home. The beds and living room was very comfy and the kitchen was well set up. The neighbors were quiet and kind. It is in a gated community. The pool and hot tub must have been closed for the season but that is outside of the host’s control. Bathtubs need to be replaced and the AC is a bit noisy. "
