"Great location. 10 min from Deer Valley airport, where sunrise hot air balloon takes off. Only 20 minutes to TPC golf location. House has everything you need, it’s cute & tidy. Kitchen cabinets are stocked & ready if you want to cook & bath towels are new & fluffy. Pool was a great way to relax & catch up with friends. Host was super responsive & helpful. "The house is nice, but seems a little expensive for what it was. Its generally clean, but there are some stains on the carpets. Nice big kitchen with all the equipment you might need. Nice living area with a shuffleboard table. We had a little hiccup checking in when the code wasn't right, but the hosts fixed it quickly. The listing says it has 6 beds, but there are really only 4. But it could easily sleep 6 or 7."

"We stayed here because we were going to a wedding in northern Phoenix and have family in Glendale/Peoria. This was a nice little house with an excellent yard. Very easy access to loop 101. Also close to Bell road (where most restaurants are), P83 and Arrowhead town center. Downsides were that some of the essentials were not present. There was no baking sheet, aluminum foil, only 1 extra trash bag and only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. On the flip side, there were more than enough towels and...
