"Staff was friendly & helpful. Valet parking was quick & the underground parking was a huge plus! Room was extremely clean . Beds were super comfortable. The only negative was there was no hand soap at the sink. ( we made do with the shower gel provided) & the charging ports were extremely & loose. We thought our phones were charging all night, nope. Ine we discovered it wasnt charging we fiddled with it . After being plugged in for a additional 2 hours the % only went up 5% . Other than that excellent! "
