"Doors were locked when I arrived. I had called ahead to say that I would be arriving later. Sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and open the door. All the clocks in the room were 15 minutes fast. The room was clean and the check out process was easy. Friendly couple at the counter in the morning."

Very convenient and easy stay

"The suite was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids under 7. Having Laundry in the room was a nice touch as it allowed us to dry off our winter gear after a fun filled day at winterlude. Its centrally located to the mall and to a metro grocery store which helped us with food and necessities. and having a full kitchen was very useful. We parked our minivan in the parking garage with the hotel and although an extra cost, was very useful in that it let you come and go as much as you needed with no additional cost or issues. Will def stay there again!"

"The hotel room was very clean, well kept and modern. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices. Also, there was complimentary coffee and tea on the main floor throughout the day. The pool was a leisure pool, but a little small. Parking was extra but they only had limited spaces. Overall hotel experience was great."
