"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy! "
