"We were expecting a lovely country house with spa in a quiet location. We were not told that there was a wedding taking place right under our unglazed windows, the spa being a hot tub outside and the reception being a man in a tracksuit who had to be called to attend to us. Completely unprofessional. So bad we turned and walked back out. Disgraceful "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The first night there was some noise on the corridor so sleep was disturbed. The second night was much better and I was given a late check out when I explained about the distubance the prior night. Accommodation was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Close to the train station, Trinity and other local amenities. I was given an apartment on a lower floor as there had been prior problems with the lift. Which was really helpful.
