"Check in is located on the 7th floor. Elevator is small and poorly maintained. Exterior of the property is very unclean and not maintained. No proper signage. Although the rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. After staying a couple of days, it was better than most in the area, but not a fan at all. "I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
