"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! "This is a cute property with excellent staff. The price is very reasonable for being in the downtown area of the city. For being on a busy road right by the bus station, it wa surprisingly quiet. "Nice flat very close to city center so it was very noisy all night. The flat is 2 stories up a very narrow stairwell, we did not bring our bags up because of the difficulty of the stairs and where we had to park. There is a paid garage at the radisson a block over (£30 a night), with the sloped streets, it is quite a hike. Bed was not very comfortable but very clean and a lot of space. "

"The Four Sisters was a unforgettable experience I would recommend. The location is convenient to the historical sites and museums of Edinburgh. We were fortunate to be there during the local canal festival and were able to learn more about the area and join the community. The staff was helpful and just a text away. The plumbing is a bit tricky but you are on a boat and once we got the hang of it, there were no problems"
