"We enjoyed the hotel stay. The staff were froendly and helpfulp and the rooms were confortable. The leisure centre was good though the ladies showers weren't as clean as they might have been and probably due for a refresh. "

"Lovely building and grounds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food excellent with good choices. Unfortunately Willow room had no window and the bathroom was in need of some tlc and a new shower."

"Lovely staff and a nice room, the bed wasn’t too comfortable but it was all very clean. The only issue we had was receiving a phone call through the room phone at 00:30 on our second night, which woke us both from a deep sleep but cut out before we could answer (presumably the staff member realised they had misdialled). It may have been accidental but is the reason for awarding 4 stars."

"There was evidence of smoking - cigarette ends on the flat roof outside the only functioning window. The chair was broken. The continental breakfast was not served on time and was meagre and very poor. The staff were friendly however and with a bit of thought and better planning it could easily improve."

"Warm friendly staff ,the property is dated the room was nice ,bed comfortable, bathroom could do with an update but for the price I did not expect the ritz.it was conveniently located would stay again"
