"The apartment was great very clean, I would suggest possibly getting a microwave, there was no way to warm up any leftovers. Could also use some more utensils, (spatula). The neighborhood although nice was a little to urban for our liking, I know marijuana is legal but the smell of it was everywhere, especially from the tenant below in the middle of the night. Lovely place just not for us older folks. Thanks"

"The hosts were very easy to communicate with, VERY organized, and friendly. They kindly provided a place to store our bikes during our stay. The rental unit is very clean and comfortable, has fun decor, and includes several outside seating areas and a dock. It is very close to multiple cafes, restaurants, gelato/ice cream places, and nice walking/biking trails. We had a relaxing and fun stay, and would definitely stay here again."

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "The neighborhood where this property is located was the most run down and terrifying place I have ever seen. The house next door is boarded up and occupied by squatters. Our 2nd and final night we heard multiple gunshots throughout the night. The apartment itself is so run down that it should probably be condemned.
