"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. "

"This is a gem in the heart of downtown San Diego. Location, location, location is key! Transportation, grocery store, restaurant, all within walking distance. The place itself is modern and the views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. Building is super secure with codes to enter parking structure, elevator and front door. "The house was cute and nice neighborhood. Could use a little updating and a few things fixed, but much better than staying at an hotel. Has a amazing view of the city. Airport very close by, pretty cool watching all the planes come and go. If you like to walk/hiking up and down hills it is great area to explore restaurants, coffee shops near by. Renting a small car is worth it to be able to explore further out."

"Property is not in a great area. Lots of homless people around, sleeping in front of then doorway to the main entrance, dark lighting or no lighting to get into the loft, property was clwan but not well kept."

Evan's condo was in the heart of San Diego, just a few blocks from the Gaslamp District (far enough away to be out of the noise; close enough to stroll over any time), one block from Petco Park and a nice walk to the bay area. The condo was beautiful, Evan was receptive to any questions I had, the private parking was very convenient, and the balcony was especially fun to use....
