"It was very well located, clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. Lovely sunny open plan living space. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow - worth noting (but not an issue for us). Martijn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We arrived (as planned) at 4pm and our accommodation wasn’t ready which was frustrating after a very early start/long journey. A big bunch of unmarked keys took a bit of getting used to. we would highly recommend the property."

Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region."

"Best location in the center of Zermatt. Very comfortable, we loved it so much. We will surely return. The apartment is small yet perfect for two and is well equipped. The main door to the building was locked and owner was not responsive to our messages so we were terrified we would be on the street the whole night. "The location is beautiful and the house comes stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there is no wifi even though it was on the listing. When we raised this issue with the manager, she simply claimed that there was wifi despite us saying that there was no box in the house and no network available. If you need wifi don't come here. This dishonesty coupled with a general rudeness of the manager were the only issues with an otherwise great stay."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
