The pool and pool deck had a really cool vibe—perfect for relaxing. The only downside was the slow service at the restaurant. However, that was easily overlooked thanks to Tia at the front desk. Her customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, helpful, and an absolute joy to talk to. She truly made the experience memorable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I can definitely see myself coming back."
