"This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton."

"Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property."

"Beautiful hotel that feels authentic Chinese. Great lobby design with lots of marble that feels modern with a historic element. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, automatic shades. Not all of the front desk staff are fluent in English so just be patient with that. "

"The area is quiet, so if you are tired and need a silence place to rest, here is a good choice. But if you are a tourist, It will be not so convenient. "The hotel it's quite ok. Clean, Room is big enough. However I think I dindn't research well the location of the hotel since it is too far away from shanghai hot spots. Takes around 1 hour in Metro to get from the hotel to Shanghai Downtown. In Taxi it takes around 35 minutes, but not all the cab drivers know how to get there. If you are going for lesure purposes look for another hotel. If your trip involves activities near the area of the Hotel, then I do recomend the hotel. No luxory but...
