"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"The hotel is nice, well kept, and in a convenient location. The room was very good with armchairs, tables, and other items. The breakfast included in the room charge was OK. The food/bar offers were limited. A bar was closed during my four days in the hotel. Other facilities seem good although I did not use them."
