"Second or third stay at the Keep, previously in the tower suite, now a flying stop so a "basic" downstairs room. Despite being street facing at ground level it's absolutely quiet. I live on a busy main road & this room was so much quieter than home. Palatial room with perfectly comfortable bed, large shower, microwave, fridge, etc. No staff on site most of the time which always makes me a little nervous, but I've never needed them, & the price reflects it. If I want 24hr staffing I'm welcome...

"It was a lovely stay, staff were really friendly, the rooms were lovely. Only complaint I'd have is when we went to shower the water wasn't hot at all, it was barely warm, this could have been because we showered late in the evening but apart from this this place was lovely. "Nice room, bathroom had both shower and bath but when we went to use bath there was no plug so could not use which was disappointing. Shower was not very powerful at all. Plenty of tea /coffee provided and bottles of water provided. Beds comfy, enjoyed good sleep. They don’t do food anymore, so have to go else where for dinner & breakfast. "
