"Room was decent. Had no complaints about the bed. The bathroom vent was out. The ironing board didn't have a cover I had to use a towel. The room over had a pet of some kind. Not sure if it was a dog or a parrot, but something was squirming. The complimentary continental breakfast was okay. The juice dispenser was out of orange and apple juice and they ran out of bacon. I had lukewarm eggs and sausage. I didn't expect a 5-star stay, but there's definitely room for improvement. In the end, just...

"Service was amazing. Super friendly but our room was very hot, like a furnace. We asked them to check the AC and they quickly did. They then advised we would need to switch rooms, which was no problem, but the 2nd room was just as bad. It’s almost as if the AC units have some sort of dampener to make them only run 1-2 minutes.
