"Saika-an is about 10 minutes walk from Nishi-Maizuru station, the staff here is very friendly, they are very patient to explain everything you ask. The room is fantastic, it's a Japanese tatami style so I love it, they also give you free public bath voucher where you can use it at nearby public bath. The place is about 10-15 minutes walk from the fish market and 3-5 minutes walk to the shopping street. This is a great place to stay if you plan to visit Amanohashidate/Ine as the train is about 30...

"Kibune Hiroya turned out to be much older than expected. Room is tired looking and everything seemed old. However, service is super attentive and dinner is very very good, although we were disappointed that the rain kept us from dining over the river, kawadoko, which the town is famous for. Thankfully we were able to do it for breakfast and it was really an amazing experience."
