"Words can not describe the amazing wonderful experience we had. From the Hotel pick up, to the hospitality of the employees. Ohh my god. The staff make you feel like royalty. "Had a wonderful time at Kawaguchiko. Fujisan Station Hotel was convenient to the bus station and we could easily get to Lake Kawaguchiko. The staff were wonderful and they served a delicious breakfast buffet. The snow was unexpected so we were a little cold. "

"We appreciated the kind staff and comfortable room and beds at this property, and that it gave us easy access to nearby restaurants and Fuji viewpoints. No trouble at all with parking, and an enjoyable hot spring bath upstairs for guests to enjoy. The restaurant did get extremely busy for breakfast and we had to wait a short time to get our seats, would suggest going very early (before 7) or toward the end (after 830).
