"The property itself was in good condition but the room needs some basic maintenance. The shower acted like a bath as the drain was partly clogged. Also a couple of shower curtain hooks were broken. Also the shower head had a stray stream of water that always managed to find its way onto the floor outside the tub. But the convenient shuttle to Haneda and the free breakfast and view of the lake and other amenities more than outweighed these few maintenance glitches! "

"Very easy to check in & out. Gym & convenience store inside the hotel made the trip way much more convenient to start the day. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but that's Japan."
