"I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!"

"The staff were very kind, I was able to check in my luggage early. They have free shuttles to the airport. After I checked out I was allowed to leave my luggage until it was time for my flight on the same day. Lots of options for breakfast as well and my 5 year old was provided with free breakfast ☺️ "

"My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again. "

"Mystays was a great place to stay! We stayed for 15 days and 14 nights visiting family for 2 weeks! They cleaned our rooms everyday, making our beds, and changing towels to clean if been used. Front desk was very friendly and spoke good English to help with questions. They even held our luggage all day for free as our flight was not till 9pm and check out was 11am. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
