"The property is nice and has all required aspects for a family stay with kids with a small kids library shelf near the reception, vending machine and dining hall access throughout. Staff were also very nice and parking was ample and easy. Only regret for this property was the carpet in the room was quite old, stained and dusty - it needs replacement or deep cleaning. "The ryokan at entrance was beautiful. The lobby and the whole lower floor was spectacular. Loved how walking inside your completely transported to a Japanese experience with bridged walkways shaped of arcs and where there was ponds underneath lthose bridges. Right before entering the onsen, on either men or women, there's an amazing walkway Japanese decorated pathway that leads to their very own and waterfall.
