"Our group loved our stay here! The check in process was very easy (accessing lockbox for keys, gate codes, etc) and all instructions communicated. The entire time John was very responsive and helpful in recommendations and/or questions! After an exhausting day of traveling, it was nice to enter the home with a 6 pack of cold beer & soda. All bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoos, and trash bags which was so nice!The house itself was amazing! We spent most of our time relaxing...

"The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. "Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. "

Community is right off of main highway (traffic audible) at end of a short, dead end street with a few homes, businesses, warehouses or other metal buildings and parking lots with commercial vehicles - not inviting, comfortable vacation environs. Listing is accurate about it being in a waterfront condo community, but is a very small community of 5 or 6 condos with no services or real proximity to any and zero green...

"Beautiful property with an amazing atmosphere. We did have a difficult time with communication prior to check in, as the host didn't reply to several messages about how to get in over the 24 hours before our check in. We thankfully just drove to the property early and ran into the cleaner to get in. We also had to pester them for the wifi info.
