"We arrived about 40 mins before check in time and parked our car in the last space in the hotel's carpark. I went in to explain that we were going to leave our car and the very friendly lady on reception told us that we could check in early. We stayed in a lovely room that had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. That evening we had a few drinks in the very popular bar but we didn't eat in the restaurant (we had other plans). The next morning we were greeting in the restaurant for breakfast by a very cheerful lady who explained the breakfast menu to us. Breakfast was great-plenty of cold choice and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Check out was quick and easy. If ever we were in the area again we would definitely stay at The Swan. "

"The hotel was great for our one night stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Parts of the hotel could do with some work but overall was a lovely stay. The staff were the best thing about it, they went above and beyond in all areas, the pool, the reception, the bar and the restaurant."
