"The staff was excellent. We loved all the Liverpool memorabilia & that the staff would let us hold the trophy, framed signed shirts etc. for photographs. We also loved that it was close to Liverpool FC's stadium."

"It was very pleasant stay. Clean and tidy. Very quiet other than Saturday night with people banging the doors after 10pm. "

"Had another great stay here. Came to watch Liverpool vs Man City and love how close to Anfield this is. I have stayed here everytime I come to Liverpool to watch football and I will continue coming here for every game I come and see. "

"What a lovely place. Set in quiet village right next to Dunham Massey and Tatton Park which we visited. The breakfasts are excellent and thoroughly recommended - you will not need lunch !The hosts Janice and David were very friendly and welcoming . Those guests of a certain vintage may recognise the original Silver Fox , David , as he was a Snooker champion. "I stayed in one of the Court Yard rooms which was nicely tucked away from the main areas. The room was beautifully set out with great facilities, including fridge & microwave. The bed was very comfortable & en suite clean. The only negative was the wait to get into the dining room for breakfast , but an extension is being built to provide a larger dining area in the future. "

"I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "
