"The staff made our stay amazing! Just a few things; please clean the mildew from the waterfall at the pool, it would take no time! The pool bar attendant didn’t acknowledge me while I stand there for about 5 minutes, a simple “I’ll be right there with you” would have been enough. There also wasn’t any shampoo in the shower, so I washed my hair with body wash :) "

However, some of the other staff members that I came across did not appear to be people friendly or welcoming; more irritated than anything. They may be good people, but that was not my experience. This was my first visit and possibly my last. Not because of the facility but because of lack of welcoming during my experience."
