"The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants...

Food was average but be prepared for a lot of west indies dishes. They cooked a whole pig one night that was fabulous. Main complaint was the one restaurant is by reservation only. "Carla (supervisor) at the buffet at ocean terrace was extremely helpful and makes sure guests are taken care of with top notch service. She was very accommodating to dietary restrictions in the family and made sure member of our party had food ready when we arrived. The grounds are very nice and everything you need is on site. Beach and pool walking distance . Worth every penny spent . Staff was very friendly at every restaurant and check in was very easy. Highly recommend "

"My best friend and I traveled to celebrate my birthday and this was hands down the best resort I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The dining options were great. Our favorite was Azul. Katiana was the absolute best bar tender at the infinity pool. We looked forward to chatting with her and getting perfectly made drinks. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful."
