Spacious bungalows with great views
We really enjoyed Habitation Grande Anse. Next time we will come during the cooler season and when the restaurant is open. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The view from our bungalow was amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing there as the day wound down.

Within short walk to Grande Anse beach. Beautifully kept tropical grounds. Clean, quiet room. We speak no French, but the front desk people did speak English and were very helpful in making reservations for us for day excursions. Great restaurant on site served delicious seafood. The chef came out both nights we ate there to be sure we enjoyed our food. The restaurant hostess was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional, deserves another star
Stayed for 2 nights in the panoramic room. View is exceptional and staff very friendly and accommodating. This hotel absolutely deserves a higher score than at present (8/10). Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay near Deshaies. The only gotcha is the panoramic room requires you to walk up quite a steep hill for 5 minutes so may be an issue for people with mobility issues

A nice hotel close to the beach Grande Anse
Our room was higher in the hill so we had a nice wiew from the balcony. We liked staying in this hotel and the room was clean when we arrived. However the room wasn't cleaned once we stayed there (4 nights). The floors were then a bit sandy later in the days. Not even handtowel was changed once and even the kitchen garbage wasn't emptied once. That was pretty much the only negative about the toom. The hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner.

A true Caribean experience
Beautifully well kept and just like the pictures. The staff although mostly French are superb and do their best to understand and assist you. Many speak Emglish & willtranslate their menu. Something that is rare in Guadaloupe. Beds changed every 4 days. The staff are consistantly clearing cleaning and tidying to keep the grpunds immaculate. The walk to yhe beach is 5 minutes and their are frequent buses into Deshaises. If u want unspoilt Caribean this is the place to go. Shout out too to Virgini & Suzanne running the restaurant like clockwork. Suzanne we shall be looking for u on telly & Virgini if u get to Manchester. Drop us an email.

Fairly good location although a bit far from some places, must have a car to get around. Property well kept and room ok including a kitchen with basic gear. In a week only had the room cleaned once and despite efforts sand does get in. It would have been nice to have a broom or other to deal with the sand. Parking was difficult as it was crowded. But overall liked this place. Warning, all uphill; be prepared to climb as parking is at the bottom of the hill.

Bella struttura con camere rinnovate di recente vicina ad una delle più belle spiagge di Guadalupa. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nella struttura: la prima siamo stati sistemati in un bilocale familiare, non conforme alla prenotazione effettuata ed infestato dalle zanzare. Fortunatamente la nostra richiesta di essere spostati in un'altra camera è stata presa in considerazione ed abbiamo trascorso la seconda notte in una splendida stanza, con terrazza vista mare che ci ha fatto dimenticare l'esperienza poco felice della notte precedente. Ottima e varia la colazione.

Piscine sale, lit très inconfortable, nous avions une genre de couverture qui ressemblait à un tapis très mince donc nous avons eu très froid durant tout notre séjour meme si la clim etait au minimum, un chat passait ses nuits à hurler sur le balcon juste devant notre porte, je n'y retournerais pas..

Super séjour
Excellent emplacement. Un peu difficile pour rentrer en voiture car dangereux de sortir nous avions un appartement rez-de-chaussée avec une terrasse, très grand literie, très confortable, grande salle de bain au milieu d’un grand jardin. Louis wi-fi, marche parfaitement C’était très agréable très proche de la place de la plage de Grand anse.

👎Espace de toilette trop petit, 3 par 4 pieds. Eau de douche se répand sur le plancher. Longue et grosse côte à pic pour se rendre à pied au logement. Manque de commodités ex :crochets,ouvre-boite, spatule pour tourner les oeufs. 👍Personnel aimable, belle piscine, propreté, restaurant.
