The keypad codes did not work upon entry, so there was a bit of waiting time to contact the rental company and get that squared away and gain access to the house. It is spacious and lovely. "This house was the perfect spot for our outing with friends and family. Very spacious with plenty of room for everybody! During our stay there was a slight issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and professionally, offering a partial refund as a resolution. We appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction so much that I couldn’t bring myself to review it for anything below 5 stars. We’ll be going back to this house in the future, most definitely!"

"We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

However there were a few things that overshadowed the good parts and thus will keep us from booking again. 1) the listing is not accurate. The “double sided gas log fireplace” is not usable for guests. Huge bummer. "Cannot say enough great things about this house!! Spacious, clean and homey - it has it all. We were here for a little winter family getaway and this house delivered! The hot tub, games and especially the sauna were a big hit with our "grown up" kids. The view is lovely as well - can't wait to try it out in the summer!"

"Our Stay at Ken's Lake Anna home was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family could want to have fun and also get some rest and relaxation. We brought our 16mo daughter and felt the house was very safe for her to run around .The close proximity to the beach and playground is a big bonus and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. We will definately be recommending Ken's home to our family and friends andhope to visit again soon."

"We had the most amazing stay. Bobby is extremely friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all items we needed to make the best holiday meals! Enough space for 12 plus adults to spread out for a week! The view was beautiful, especially the group of doe that greeted us with our morning coffee! Saving our day- Bobby went way above and beyond after we mistakenly trashed some very important items. You just don’t come across customer service like his anymore! "

"Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more.
