"The home has tons of room and is very nice for a group. We were there for my son's TBS graduation and it is very close to the Quantico base, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed having meals together in the kitchen and drinks on the back deck. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nothing to complain about here other than not being able to relax and enjoy the property more. Checking in late was no issue. Chose property to accommodate the family instead of getting two hotel rooms and best believe this was a better choice. The small additions like the water to the fruit and snack bars, it was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again! "

"Overall it was good. The bathroom sink on the main floor was barely working. The swing outside was torn so unable to use. Overall this was our first Vrbo experience and it was good. Definitely better than staying in a hotel for a whole week. Thank you for the bottle of wine, snacks and note."

Nothing missing. They even had art supplies for our rainy day. Highly recommend this water-front house."

"My parents & I stayed here during a family wedding weekend. We found the place to be clean and comfortable - shower has great water pressure (a big plus). It served our purposes well. Location is good too - right off the main road. Just an fyi - front door sticks - needs a little oomph to open."

"This little gem in Colonial Beach Virginia is amazing. I wish I could keep it all to myself and not tell anybody so I could always have it . It’s near everything it’s a few steps away from Lenny’s. The famous restaurant for homestyle southern cooking food in the heart of colonial Beach. You have the 7-Eleven within walking steps of the front door. "We had a great stay! We love being close to Potomac point winery and enjoyed the hot tub. We will have to go back when the pool is open!"

"The house is just as the pictures show. Very clean, comfortable and a short drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and very nice neighbors."

"Very spacious for 6-7 ladies. Some limitations due to steps. 3 bedrooms first level but 2 bedrooms up very narrow farmhouse stairway and not good if physical issues. "

"This was indeed the cleanest, most comfortable Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed! Everything was almost excellent! The staff, the full breakfast bar, the cleaners, the location, the amenities, and room! The location was a big plus because every place I needed to go was within 5 miles or less. The breakfast bar was a bit beyond continental! They had pancakes as well and it was stocked each time I went up. The young man was a kind smiling soul! The staff were attentive and ready to help. The pool was clean with a comfortable atmosphere! I will go back if I am brought that way again. Very satisfied. The price was reasonable as well. "
