"Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location...

"We liked this property a lot, particularly in contrast to a hotel stay. But for an accumulation of minor maintenance items ( I gave the host a list), I would give it five stars. None of the items had much affect on our stay, but there were enough I have to give four stars instead of five."

"Overall this was one of my best stays at any VRBO property. Good neighborhood, close to the red line station, close to the park for the kids. The only downside is spending a little time hunting for street parking, but for the quality of this property well worth it. Hosts were super responsive and gave great suggestions on places to go and check out. When I need another stay in south Boston will definitely be seeing if this apartment is available again"
