"This is our third time staying at Margaritaville (cottage the first time, villas the second and third time); I must say this villa was the least taken care of. It wasn’t super clean and the slider had some damage regarding opening/closing the blinds and locking/unlocking the sliding glass door. The front door didn’t have a safety lock at all (it looked to have been removed) so that made us a little uneasy. Our bed (queen) was very bouncy and it seemed to cave a little in the middle. "The room was clean, but the chair and ottoman was really worn out, and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not stocked with anything, not even a coffee pot. Overall the room was ok, some upgrades are needed."

"Definitely not bad for the price and location. Room was very clean, no issues with anything in the room. Just had a strange smell but nothing that would prevent us from stay. Easy to find and parking was convenient. Jay the assistant manager was super nice, courteous and hospitable. Spoke to him the day before we arrived and he also checked us in. Bed was comfortable and had a good night rest. About 30 minutes from Orlando airport and lots of restaurants around. "

"This property has a super friendly and helpful staff. The amenities include mini golf, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle board, walking paths, and multiple pools all included with the price. There is a professional golf course on site for an additional nominal fee. The resort is close to Disney with shuttle service provided"
