"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel for the money. "

"I recently stayed three nights at Parkview Scottsdale Resort. It is an older building, but the lobby and rooms seem to have been updated. The room was clean and spacious, with a large TV, a small fridge, a desk, and plenty of lighting. Pros: Friendly staff, great location (close to the 101, dining, bars, grocery stores, and entertainment), across the street from a large park with a lake. "Arizona Grand was a good property for the price. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some rehab. The property itself was very clean and the staff was great! Food and beverage were okay. The Oasis water park was wonderful and the staff there were super friendly. Overall worth the visit."
