Fountain Park Hotel, BW Signature Collection

First & last night's hotel on our 20-day road trip

"We chose to stay at the Fountain Park Hotel two nights.......the first night we flew into Phoenix, and the night before our flight back home from PHX. We were on a 20-day, 2,000 mile road trip of National Parks, national monuments, Sedona, Moab, Taos, Santa Fe, and more. A comforting and relaxing first and last night at the Fountain Park Hotel was perfect, with a nice breakfast each morning. This hotel is located in Fountain Hills.......a very nice, quiet, and not crowded town, with a lake across the street that offers views of people enjoying nature and the outdoors. A Sports Bar Grill is one block away and was a nice place to enjoy dinner. The hotel met all of our needs, and we're glad we made the drive to Fountain Hills to get away from the noise and hustle around Phoenix during our vacation."

Awesome property!

"We stayed 3 weeks. The house was perfect and the views were incredible! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. Upon arrival, everything looked just like the photos and the home is properly maintained. Fountain Hills is a very nice community. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. I played golf a number of days and was impressed by the quality/uniqueness of the courses. Linda (Property Manager) was very helpful and always available. Eric is a great host."

Beautiful home and great management

"The home is wonderful and well kept. With the living room being at the center of the home, the layout is great for large groups looking to enjoy an open floorplan and lots of natural light. We had full access to the 3 car garage which was useful . The driveway is narrow and not too practical for anyone traveling with trailers. The neighborhood is peaceful with the exception of one easily irritated neighbor behind the propert. The management team is professional and easy to work with. They are very responsive and thorough. Edgeworth Fountain Hills

"We just finished our second season at Marijo's house in Fountain Hills. Both times we had a clean, comfortable and adequately spacious house for our three week stay. Everything worked and the house was well appointed with kitchen ware and most other supplies (we had to purchase soap and tp).The pool is a definite asset.Enjoy!!The only downside is an immediate neighbor who is not the best external housekeeper. They were not problematic and stayed to themselves. Their house is not maintained in the same manner as the rest of the neighborhood - which is nicely cared for."
