Welcome to your Private Oasis and Family Friendly vacation home with Heated Pool & Hot Tub! This beautiful home has a split bedroom floor plan which is a perfect retreat whether traveling with friends or family.

This is truly a Golfer’s Paradise nestled in the Desert Canyon Golf Course community with 4 excellent 18 hole courses right in town and many more just a short drive away.

We are conveniently located in beautiful Fountain Hills situated directly east of Scottsdale and only a 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

Experience the picturesque rolling hills, rugged terrain and beautiful vistas with gorgeous desert fauna.

The privacy of this home (with a master and guest room on one side and 2 guest rooms on the opposite side) is absolutely perfect! Whether you are traveling as a large group or for a couples get-away, everything you need is right here. You won’t be disappointed!

The special feature of this home is the beautiful large back yard with lawn and desert landscaping. Palm trees outline the inviting heated pool along with a beautiful and tranquil water feature.

Relax on the lounge chairs on the large pool deck and soak up the Arizona sun or sit under the spacious covered patio on the upholstered sofa and chairs. Star gazing at night is a treat while taking a dip in the 6 person hot tub.

The front patio with bistro set is perfect for morning coffee and has lovely views of Four Peaks Mountain.

Bring the little ones! This home is extremely family friendly! You will find a crib, play pen, high chair, potty seat, and step stool. Plastic dinnerware for the little ones too.

The main living space includes a fully stocked large kitchen with eat up bar and spacious dining room. There is also a computer desk for your convenience. Free wifi for all your devices.

The family room with large TV has ample comfortable seating, perfect for family and friends to gather around and enjoy time together.

You will find games, poker chips, books and toys for the kids too.

The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed complete with master ensuite, large walk-in closet and sitting area with comfy sofa and TV. There are 3 additional well-appointed bedrooms with queen sized beds. An additional roll away cot is also available.

Take a stroll up the street to the local golf course. Get in a round and then have a beverage or meal on their view soaked patio.

Annual golf trip
This is the second time we stayed here and again we’re not disappointed. The place is exactly as described. The place was spotless and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with property manager about the property was excellent. We will try to stay here again for future golf trips.

A great looking property will all the amenities you could need.

We had a wonderful stay ! This lovely home is located in a nice friendly neighborhood . It’s spacious , comfortable, clean and well maintained. The backyard pool area is so nice and private. Jill is terrific to communicate with! We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely will come back! Loved everything!

Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this spacious home. The outdoor atmosphere was everything were were craving during our warm winter getaway! The house has everything you could possibly need - the best stocked rental home I've ever stayed in. This home is very comfortable with good overall flow, clean and well maintained. I/we would surely stay again. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, close (20-25 minutes) to Mesa/Tempe and Scottsdale. The property contact was very responsive and helpful. A TV in BR2 would be a welcome addition.

Excellent Stay
We had 7 adult family members staying in the house and found it to be a very comfortable, inviting and quite economical place to stay, with lots of amenities. We wanted to be in the Fountain Hills area to be close to other family in the area. The house and pool area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. Great location, with easy access to the Fountain Hills area and an easy drive from the airport. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Gorgeous property and relaxing pool!
The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and exactly what we were looking for. The pool was perfect and the backyard / patio was a great place for the family to hangout all week. The neighborhood was a great location and had a lot of options for evening activities as well as shopping and dinner options. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The owner was incredible and accommodating, she kept us up to date and checkin / Checkout was simple and easy. I would highly recommend this property!!! We loved it!

This house if fabulous. Very clean and orderly. Beautiful layout for a family. The pool and hottub were perfect with a great outdoor layout. We loved staying in the home and will go back for sure. Also, great communication and organization by the property manager. Top notch VRBO experience.

Wonderful staycation
Our family was doing a staycation around Arizona. We booked this house and it was the best VRBO we have done! The house was stocked with everything that made it a home so there was no running to the store for things. The pool was refreshing and wonderful for summertime! The location was easily accessible to getting out for activities but was also in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful in helping make this a great week!

Amazing setting for a week away.
Couldn't be any happier with the property. It has everything that's needed and wanted. If you have small children, it's especially good to know there's a crib present. That was a huge help to us instead of bringing a pack n' play on the plane. I would HIGHLY recomend this property to anybody (short or long stay). You will not be disappointed!

Great rental / great views /location is everything
Avery clean and organized property. No issues with the house at all. also very Quiet and private. Great location with plenty of dining options close by. You will not find a better location. This was our second time back, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.. Its noteworthy to mention that this is a dark sky community, no light pollution. it make a difference.

Jill house was expectacular everything from check in and check out was amazing, we have the best time ever. Great Stay !
My family and I had a great stay at this home in Fountain Hills. Excellent, well kept property. Everything you need is here. The outside patio is wonderful. For those staying in the summertime this is especially important. With the rear of the house having a southern exposure the patio was in the shade all day. Pool was fun. Second time still a charm
We tried this place a few months ago so we brought our kids and grandkids back to enjoy the property and area. Six adults and 2 infants. Good setup for the family. Noticed a few improvements the new owners have started. Also appreciated we asked for a second umbrella for extra shade. It was there upon arrival. Great quite area. Only problem was the 6:30 am wake up call by the landscapers but then again, the babies would get up at 7 anyways.

Great house with a great management team. Jill was in touch often prior to our trip and made herself available (not needed because we had everything) during our trip. The house was terrific. All four bedrooms were spacious. Backyard was ample for the area and laid out well for relaxing and using both the pool and the hot tub. Kitchen was great and we used it often. Layout was wide open and great for socializing. Can't go wrong with this house. We stayed here as home base for an overnight adventure in the dessert (McDowell Mountain Park) and it was a perfect place to come home and relax in afterwards. We traveled as three adults plus a family of three and we were more than comfortable.

Awesome home!
We loved our stay here!! Very comfortable beds. Also had tons of extras to use! So convenient it had a crib right in our room. Also had a pack and play if more space was needed for littles. The master is HUGE! A Murphy bed would be an awesome addition to that room for more sleeping options. The pool was awesome & the backyard area was huge. Only thing I’d suggest to change would be new pillows. They were super thin and uncomfortable but the awesome mattresses made up for that! 😊 Jill was an awesome host & responded to all questions very quickly! Thanks again!

June Get Away
Our stay here was fine. The property has clearly been enjoyed and well-vacationed in by many. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: The inside was clean, the kitchen had every imaginable cooking item you might need. The owner responded to questions quickly. The location was pretty central to things in Fountain Hills and was quiet. We appreciated the opportunity for a late check out. Cons: The outdoor seating options left a bit to be desired. All the plastic lounge chairs were broken and two of the three mesh lounge chairs were horribly stained. The small seating area was really not comfortable as the cushions had little padding. The misters were not working and the fan did little to provide any cooling. Inside, the living area was fine for four people but would not be adequate for more than that. While we only used three of the four bedrooms, if there were guests for the fourth they would have needed to share the bathroom with two of the other bedrooms. We had close encounters with bats, and a mouse decided to take a swim in the pool, but the owner assured us this is common in Arizona. All in all, while it met our needs, a bit of updating and TLC could do wonders.
