"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. "We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!"

"Only stayed one night, the house is really nice and was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from hwy 27. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the screened porch. The only issue that we had is our door code didn’t work at 7 am on checkout day. Fortunately we didn’t both leave the house at the same time. I don’t know if this was just a glitch or if this is standard procedure to deactivate the door code early on checkout day "
