At no fault of the host the lake gives off a lot of bugs. "

"A great place if you want to enjoy Florida sunshine but be away from the crowds. The lake view is beautiful and if your a birder you will see plenty of water birds.Lots of good golf courses 20-39mins drive. "

"We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!"
