"The newly renovated rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it was very quiet while we were there. Downtown location is great, close to lots of shopping and food options. Starbucks is just half a block away! Breakfast was just okay. The pancake maker is great! "Close to groceries, cafes, restaurants for dine-in or pick-up in the small sore of downtown Fort McMurray. Clean room and helpful staff. The parking garage and main door access wasn’t working so we had to buzz each time we arrived at the building. "

"Large room with suite like amenities. Easy to have an extended stay here. Mattress very nice. Not too firm or plush.Shower head not like those needle like low flow ones. Breakfast bar could have a few more selections but the coffee was hot and good. One concern I do have is the lack of signage within the building, how to get to parkade , main lobby etc."
