"This is our second stay at Clearwater Residence Hotel, Timberlea. We love the convenience of the location, the area has lots to offer. The manager, Cheryl , helped us with our choice of an inside suite and we were very pleased with our time in the suite. Thanks."

"The is very little parking at the hotel. There is underground parking which is great but when you check in there is no where to park. The breakfast is a very nice addition but was luck warm every day and there was only one green tea tea bag my whole stay. I drink tea, not coffee and they had absolutely nothing for me. I was not impressed. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the hall carpets are filthy and worn out. For the price, it's worth it but it could use improvement."
